dtmradius - Update a RAND control point file with radii from a DTM
dtmradius updates each record in a RAND control point file with the
radius for its point from a DTM.

RAND control point file. Used for output.

DTMFILE
This is an ISIS level 2 cube file, where each DN value
represents the local radius for the point at that location.
This file is used to compute the radius of the planet/body
at the corresponding match point location.
