Add NULL padding around a cube

Description
This program allows the user to specify NULL padding to be
placed around the input cube.

Padding Specifications

| LEFT | Number of pixels to pad on the left side |
| RIGHT | Number of pixels to pad on the right side |
| TOP | Number of pixels to pad on the top edge |
| BOTTOM | Number of pixels to pad on the bottom edge |

Description
This is the cube which will be padded with NULLs

Padding Specifications: LEFT
Description
This is the number of pixels to pad on the left side of the cube

Description
This is the number of pixels to pad on the right side of the cube

This is the number of pixels to pad on the top edge of the cube
