Trims data from framelets on Themis Vis images

Description
This program nulls out data on a per-framelet basis. By default, only the
bottom is trimmed and just enough so that data won't be repeated in
projected space. This program removes the data from the bottom of the
framelets because the themis camera produces the worst data at that point.
