Fit a function to camera pointing

Overview Parameters

Description

This program requires a cube be initialized with "spiceinit". It will then look at the InstrumentPointing table for the cube and use a least square solution to compute a fit of the right ascension, declination, and twist to a parabola. This should reduce "noisy" pointing data. To restore the original pointing just rerun "spiceinit".

Note that this program should be used on line scan cameras. It will not work on framing cameras.
