A TGO CaSSIS fullframe cube to split into separate framelets.

Description

The output ISIS cubes will be of the form basename_filter_frameletNumber.cub There will also be a list produced with the same name. This prefix can either be specified in the form "name.cub" or simply "name" without the .cub extension.

Kristin Berry2017-11-14 Backward Compatibility Issue: changed application name from unstitch to tgocassisunstitch and changed the output parameter name "TO" to "OUTPUTPREFIX" to more accurately reflect its use.
Kristin Berry2017-11-23 Updated the behavior of the application when the user inputs an OUTPUTPREFIX without the .cub extension, but containing other '.'s in the string to not strip off everything after the last period. For example, if the user inputs CAS-MCO-2016-11-22T16:10:43.505 as the OUTPUTPREFIX, now the 505 will now be retained.
