clem0 - (Level 0) First step processing for Clementine data
This procedure runs through the first processing steps for Clementine
images.  The programs executed are clem2isis and naiflab.  Each image
that has the keyword TARGET_NAME = MOON in the labels will be executed
through the programs mentioned above.  Target values such as Earth or
Sky are eliminated from the processing.  The output files will have a
".cub" extension and will be placed in the same directory path that
is included in the FROMLIST filenames.  If no directory path is
included, Clem0 will assume that the input and output files will exist
or be created in the user's default directory.

Parm	Description
fromlist	Single column ascii file containing the raw filenames. The output filenames will have the input filename with a ".cub" extension.
