getfname5 - Return 5 filenames on index(th) line to calling procedure
GETFNAME5 is to be used by TAE procedures that need to process a list
of filenames.  This list is entered with the parameter FROMLIST.
The filenames that are located on line INDEX will be returned to the
calling procedure in the parameter, FNAMES.

Parm	Description
FROMLIST	This file contains a list of file names that the procedure is to process.
INDEX	This program will return the filenames located in the selected line given by INDEX. They will be returned to the calling procedure in the parameter, FNAMES. If the end of the list is reached GETFNAME5 will set FNAMES(1)=end.
