getutc Documentation

getutc - Convert ephemeris time to UTC format
getutc is used to convert an ephemeris time to UTC
format. This program was written to allow Perl scripts
to convert et to UTC.

The output file in which the resulting UTC string will
be written. If the file already exists, then it will be
overwritten.

The ephemeris time that will be converted to UTC format.
