implab - Limited corrections to the label of IMP images.
The program writes a new MFX_LSC_OFFSET_VECTOR = (0.209732,-0.041858,
0.300000) to the image labels to correct a previously calculated offset.
The program also converts the LANDER_ SURFACE_ QUATERNION to the #3 qua-
ternion.  LANDER_SURFACE_QUATERNION = (0.2102000,-0.0148000,-0.0317000,
0.9770000)

Parm	Description
TO	The labels of the TO file will be updated with the offset found in a lookup table.
FFLAG	Index number of output frame: 1. Camera (not camera head!)(CAM) 2. Gimbal(GIM) 3. Lander Local Level (L frame)(LLL) 4. Mars Local Level (M frame)(MLL) 5. Mars Surface Fixed (MFX) 6. Landing Site Cartographic (LSC) Default is 6 -> Landing Site Cartographic.
