mocnawa - mosaic MOC NA & WA level2 simultaneous frames
MOCNAWA takes two input files, one WA frame and one NA frame
and will mosaic them together. The output mosaic has NA
mosaicked ontop of the WA. The latitude range of the output
mosaic is the NA range with 0.05 degrees added to the
min and max range. The longitude is the NA range with 0.15
added to the min and max range. The procedure will determine
which one is WA and NA. The common overlap area is averaged
and a linear multiplicative is applied to one of the files
for a simple tonematch.

The output mosaic filename will be na_file.nawa.cub.

A second output filename will be wa_file.wacompare.cub
- this is the WA frame isolated to the NA input file
coverage for comparison in the display software qview
(link & blink function).

***REQUIREMENTS for both input files:
          - Must be level2 images (.lev2.cub file extension)
          - Must have same map_scale and center longitude
          - Must have been taken simultaneously to ensure
            registration.

***EXECUTION ALTERNATIVES***
mocnawa.pl can run from a unix command line as follows:
          mocnawa.pl file1.lev2.cub file2.lev2.cub

ParmDescriptionDefault
FROM
Two Input files
  NA and WA
  (Must have "lev2.cub"
   file extension)
NONE

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

ParmDescription
FROM
Two input MOC level2 images, one WA and one
NA. Both files must have a .lev2.cub file
extension. They must have the same map
scale and center longitude of projection.
The NA and WA frames must have been taken
simultaneously for proper registration.
This procedure determines which file is
NA and WA, so the order of input files is
not relevant.
