mr9fixlabel Documentation

mr9fixlabel - Update the labels in a Mariner 9 image
mr9fixlabel should be run on a Mariner 9 ISIS cube created by
the pds2isis program.  mr9fixlabel is responsible for
making mission-related corrections to the labels of a
Mariner 9 ISIS cube.
