nimsboomsten - Stencil boom obscuration in a NIMS "tube"
NIMSBOOMSTEN reads a SPICE file and a boom obscuration file to convert
all boom data to NULLs in the core. This program will only work on a
NIMS "tube" which has multiples of 20 lines and a maximum of 1024
samples. The time backplane must exist in the cube and is called
NATIVE_TIME. The boom obscuration file is called boom_obscuration.nim

to PLANET_GALILEO_NIMS.gal in $ISISGALDATA:.
Ex: $ISISGALDATA:EARTH_GALILEO_NIMS.gal.
