readmocisis - Decompress an MGS/MOC SDP file to create a PDS image
This procedure decompresses an MGS/MOC SDP file and creates
a PDS image as output.  The PDS file can then be converted to
an ISIS file by first running pds2isis on it and then running
the moc_fixlabel program on the output from pds2isis.
