spicegen - Create SPICE file from GLL SP kernel and raw AACS
This program reads the NIMS HDR file to get GALILEO camera pointing
parameters (AACS) and calls NAIF routines to get the spacecraft,
target and sun vectors from the S and P kernels. All values are in
the J2000 coordinate system and all vectors are in kilometers. The
platform attitude and rotor attitude right ascension, declination and
twist have been converted to the standard SPICE format (SPICE twist =
GLL twist + 270). All angles are in degrees and range from 0 to 360.
The SPICE file is an ISIS table file. The following parameters are
stored in the SPICE file: SCLK, julian day, platform attitude
declination, right ascension and twist (camera angles), spacecraft
vector, planet angles, sun vector, rotor attitude declination, right
ascension and twist, cone angle, clock angle, platform cone rate,
platform crosscone rate, rotor spin position delta and rotor spin
position angle.
