map2cam and LROC-WAC push frame camera

This looks to be a problem limited to the push-frame type cameras. The patch size used in map2cam is too big for a pushframe camera. Jeff looked at the code and doesn't see an easy modification. The patchsize would be for the output image (reverse transform). The modification would need to be smart enough to figure out different patch sizes for push frame cameras. It can use a set size or user specified size for frame and line-scan cameras.
