qview 3D plot tool uncaught exception
When using qview's 3D plot tool to plot a wavelength spectral plot, it is possible to encounter an exception that you cannot close. This error occurs when creating a wavelength (not band number) spectral plot on a cube (that has BandBin information) and then clicking on a pixel in a cube (that doesn't have BandBin information). The encountered error is: PROGRAMMER ERROR Array subscript is out of array bounds for Keyword [No]. Notably, this error does not occur if creating a band number spectral plot.
/work/users/ihumphrey/qviewData/Mars_viking.cub (has no BandBin group)
/work/users/ihumphrey/qviewData/C1514302573_1.ir.cub (has a BandBin group)
Steps to Reproduce
Open the two test data cubes in qview.
Select the 3D plot tool and make sure to set it to Wavelength (not Band Number)
Create a wavelength spectral plot from C1514302573_1.ir.cub.
With the 3D plot tool still selected, click on any pixel in Mars_viking.cub.

qview crashes and does not indicate to the user that it's caused by a combo of one image with wavelength information on the labels and a 2nd cube without.
Just unstable behavior; probably not encountered regularly because of the sequence of steps that cause the problem.
