cam2map parameter name "TRIM" counterintuitive
I have found that the naming of the "TRIM" option in cam2map is often misunderstood. Several outside users have mentioned it in the context of not projecting NULL samples on the left/right or NULL lines on the top/bottom. This is not what the TRIM option does. The trim application does work like the TRIM option in cam2map so I'm not sure what the right name is or if this is really an issue.

The cam2map 'trim' functionality is consistent with the similar, separate 'maptrim' application with the 'mode=trim' option.
1) Rather than change the 'trim' parameter name in cam2map, modify the brief description of the parameter as described in the 'maptrim' documentation (it seems a little more clear)
2) Picture examples would clarify the functionality. If cam2map had small snapshot examples of an untrimmed/trimmed global sinusoidal and polar projection, it would speak 1000 words. currently, as far as I can tell, cam2map has no examples as many other apps do.
