Bug #2244: Pixel (Line/Sample) Projection Offset Issue
gllnims2isis - Import archived Galileo NIMS to ISIS3
none - no change needed
Mentor: Kris Becker
Galileo NIMS is a "Grating Spectrometer" camera type.
The archived products are in map projections possibly not supported by ISIS3 at this time.
The products do have lat/lon backplanes.
Not sure how related this application will be with the pixel offset issue for testing.
It is worth establishing a user test plan at this time in order to track and have available for future development

This does not have to be changed.
In identifying input programs to modify the string "IMAGE_MAP_PROJECTION" was searched for. The NIMS files have this string so it was incorrectly identified as needing a change. THe NIMS data do not have lat/long infomation so the PDS UpperLeftX nad UpperLeftY are not calculated.
