Description

I've done everything it says inthe manual installation process, and i've downloaded the data for the mro mission. However, I can't get the isisStartup.sh file to run, nor can I start qview. It merely says "No such file or directory" and when i try to load qview to launch a .cub file,, it says "34 similar commands available, no such command exists"

Please help....
Getting lots of headaches because of ISIS3

Riven,
You need to run the start up script (isis3Startup.sh) before you attempt qview.

In the "ISIS Installation Guide" under the section "UNIX Environment Setup", where you able to create the environment variable "ISISROOT"? If you were please do it again and then post the output from the following command:

ls $ISISROOT
