Update gllnims2isis to add additional information to projected NIMS cube labels to support nocam2map
NIMS data ingested with gllnims2isis will contain an additional PVL group with mapping information that can be used with nocam2map to project the cubes. No changes to any other part of ISIS.
The map projections that most of the NIMS PDS archive data are stored in are not compatible with ISIS projections (we will continue to investigate this). As a consequence, we do not create a Mapping group in the output ISIS3 cube. However, the nocam2map ISIS application can be used to reproject the data since we have latitude/longitude backplanes. We will add the original projection data to a MappingInformation group in both the core and suffix cubes that contains the mapping information so that nocam2map will have the information needed to work with the NIMS data.
