Description

When not using the standard data area (/usgs/cpkgs/isis3/data) several automated tests fail due to incorrect paths in outputs.

The following unitTests fail:

  • DemShape
  • Equalization
  • Histogram
  • NaifDskPlateModel
  • ProcessImportPds
  • ProcessMosaic
  • ProgramLauncher
  • ShapeModelFactory
  • XmlTranslationManager

The following appTests fail:

  • cisscal
  • mical
  • sumspice
  • cubeit
  • equalizer

When running the tests, I created a symlink called data to /work/projects/messenger/ISIS3DATA/data next to my main isis directory.
