Description

It would be nice if, for example:

Current output:
[kberry][astrovm4.wr.usgs.gov] cnetcheck -last
I/O ERROR Unable to open [Q00-70N_00-30E_cubes_final.lis].

Was instead:

[kberry][astrovm4.wr.usgs.gov] cnetcheck -last
cnetcheck fromlist=Q00-70N_00-30E_cubes_final.lis cnet=Q00-70N_00-30E_pointreg.net prefix=cnetcheck
I/O ERROR Unable to open [Q00-70N_00-30E_cubes_final.lis].

Kind of like how the shell does the following for 'run last command':

[kberry][astrovm4.wr.usgs.gov] !!
cnetcheck -last
I/O ERROR Unable to open [Q00-70N_00-30E_cubes_final.lis].

This feature was implemented in UserInterface.cpp.
The history is now loaded and displayed to the user when the "-last" argument is supplied.
Changes can be found in /work/projects/isis/latest/m04779/ and have been built on prog24 for testing.
