Impact is limited to the deltack application. A new parameter, METHOD, was added to allow the user to select between current behavior (BUNDLE) using the jigsaw/BundleAdjust procedure or the new technique (DIRECT) which adjusts pointing directly between two points using a 3-D vector rotation matrix.

Description

deltack currently uses BundleAdjust (i.e,. jigsaw support classes) to compute new camera angle adjustments from user inputs. Some camera models, such as VIMS, are not compatible with this approach.

A new option will be added to deltack that will apply a more direct method (similar to deltack in ISIS2) that will perform the update directly on differences in pointing (rotation) matrices.

The bundle method should always be tried first before apply the direct method.
