Make mosiac tracking information available

New handling of tracking is fairly drastic. Mosaic cubes no longer contain a tracking band or an "InputImages" table, but instead have a "Tracking" group that now points to an external tracking cube. Tracking cube now contains the tracking band and "InputImages" table. All tracking information now displays properly in the AdvancedTrackingTool in qview.

Description

The mosiac tracking information is not easily available. Provide a way to see the tracking index and files used.

Hi
If i make a mosaic using 10 images, then is there a way to see the image name by hovering the mouse over the image or any other tool in qview which helps to see the names of files used to make mosaic?

adriana,
Please post this in a new ticket, and set the "Tracker" field to "Question"

Hi Stuart

This was partially addressed by the major re-haul of how ISIS now handles tracking in its various masaicking applications. The mosaic cube no longer contains the tracking band or the "InputImages" table, and instead now contains a "Tracking" group that points to an external, unsigned integer tracking cube. This external tracking cube contains the tracking band with a direct DN-to-input-image-index scheme (with a 3 offset to account for special pixels), as well as the "InputImages" table that contains the filename, serial number and DN value associated with each input image for the mosaic.

To fully address this ticket, the AdvancedTrackTool from qview was modified to properly display the tracking information for both the mosaic and the tracking cubes. Code opening the tracking cube was also moved to CubeViewport to avoid opening the cube more than once.

I also noticed that the serial number of non-mosaicked images was not displaying properly either, so I went ahead and threw-in the logic for that as well.

Successfully tested automos with 16 and 32 bit data:

/work/users/lweller/Isis3Tests/Automos/2018Tracking/Kaguya_16bit/
/work/users/lweller/Isis3Tests/Automos/2018Tracking/ThemisIR_32bit/

Successfully tested mapmos with 16 bit data:
/work/users/lweller/Isis3Tests/MapMos/2018Tracking/Kaguya_16bit/

Also ran a mapmos test with the 32bit Themis data adding to an existing mosaic where track=true and the tracked mosaic was created under beta/old tracking (involved running trackextract first, then mapmos):
/work/users/lweller/Isis3Tests/MapMos/2018Tracking/ThemisIR_32bit
Looks good. See proc.scr in that directory for details.

Did not have the opportunity to test any 8 bit data.
