Mosaicing mini-RF images
I am facing issues in mosaicing mini-RF images. I have followed the following steps for mosaicing:
I started from level 1 products. Then used:
When I get the final mosaic, obviously some images are overlapping. The resulting mosaic has some images very dark overlapping over other images. So the mosaic does not look good as the boundaries of the images are clearly visible. So how do I resolve the issue of varying brightness over the mosaic? And I need to perform the quantitative analysis over the resulting mosaic. What happens to the values of the overlapping regions when I use automos?
What is the role of incidence angle and look angle in creating the mosaic? Does the spiceinit takes into account the look angle while placing the image onto the mosaic?

I apologize for the delay, I have begun writing instructions on the MiniRF steps that worked best for us on the 'wiki'; I will try to complete it this week!
Another question: Do we need to produce controlled mosaic if we want to do quantitative analysis of radar images or the uncontrolled mosaic will do?
It is not complete, I will continue to work on the steps.
