I was looking at mdis2isis's tests as an example, and in the default case, the .cub files that were getting passed into cat to check the labels had the same name even though the .pvl files have different names. I went ahead and fixed the names.

I have built isis in /work/project/isis/latest for testing with the changes made to fits2isis and mdis2isis.
