Description

This report needs additional investigation; it's not clear if there's still an offset or if this is normal SPICE error. This seems too large to be SPICE error.

After spiceinit, the lat/lon and other geometric information of a particular framelet still does not always line up with the location of the image data on the CCD.

See attached file. The red band is the image data while the cyan color is from the latitude band extracted with phocube.

Based on discussions with the instrument team, it appears that we have been computing the frame time incorrectly. Correcting this has also shown that our filter positions on the ccd are incorrect.

A fix has been implemented, this is awaiting feedback from the instrument team for testing.
