Description

Update the table at https://isis.astrogeology.usgs.gov/fixit/projects/isis/wiki/Learning_About_Map_Projections#Target-Shape-Definition

to include all projections supported in ISIS3.

This might take some digging, as it isn't always immediately obvious when looking at the projection code for each projection which projections use both the equatorial radius and the polar radius in their calculations. Many use the eccentricity (which is a function of both the polar radius and the equatorial radius) or call one of several functions from the TProjection parent class that happen to include both radii or the eccentricity in the calculation.

If anyone else knows of a better way to determine this, please jump in!
