The fix to this should allow programs like qview to run successfully on the output of cubeit.

Description

Now that the tracking band -> tracking cube refactor is in, cubeit needs to remove the Tracking group from the label so that a cubeit output cube can be opened in qview without error. (and without requiring the original tracking cube from one of cubeit's input cubes to be in the same directory as it.)

I think this is what is going on, at least. The actual error message I see is:

(ISIS3) bash-4.4$ qview controlled2lev2.cub

USER ERROR Error opening cube [controlled2lev2.cub]...
Attempting to open [controlled2lev2.cub] as a cube list...
USER ERROR Error attempting to open [Object = IsisCube] from list [controlled2lev2.cub]...
I/O ERROR Unable to open [Object = IsisCube].
USER ERROR Error attempting to open [Object = IsisCube] from list [controlled2lev2.cub]...
I/O ERROR Unable to open [Object = IsisCube].

It is not possible to open a cube that has been created from cubeit unless the tracking cubes associated with the first/last cube to cubeit are in the same directory as it. This should not be required, as tracking information in ISIS3 doesn't work with cubeit output anyway.
