Smooths the transitions between framelets.
Description
This program should be run on unprojected themis RDR cubes. When the data is
projected later, the seams should be minimized. This works by using a
biased average, based on how far through the overlap the DN is, in the
overlapping space between framelets. The averaging favors the tops of
the framelets over the bottoms of framelets because the tops of framelets
are generally of better quality for this data set.
