Isis::Projection* EquirectangularPlugin ( Isis::Pvl lab,
bool  allowDefaults

This is the function that is called in order to instantiate a Equirectangular object.

Parameters
labCube labels with appropriate Mapping information.
allowDefaultsIndicates whether CenterLongitude and CenterLatitude are allowed to be computed.
Returns
Isis::Projection* Pointer to a Equirectangular projection object.
