Isis::Projection* PlanarPlugin	(	Isis::Pvl &	lab,
		bool	allowDefaults
	)

This is the function that is called in order to instantiate an Planar object.

Parameters

lab	Cube labels with appropriate Mapping information.
allowDefaults	If the label does not contain the value for CenterRingLongitude, this method indicates whether the constructor should compute this value.

Returns

Isis::Projection* Pointer to an Planar projection object.
