Isis::Projection* ObliqueCylindricalPlugin	(	Isis::Pvl &	lab,
		bool	allowDefaults
	)

This is the function that is called in order to instantiate an ObliqueCylindrical object.

Parameters

lab	Cube labels with appropriate Mapping information.
allowDefaults	Currently, this parameter is unused.

Isis::Projection* Pointer to an ObliqueCylindrical projection object.
